I had completed one round of interview with CustomerGlu. It was a technical round, the interviewer was very casual, explained everything about the company, what exactly does CustomerGlu do and what exactly my work going to be, if I join their organisation. The technical questions were also good, interviewer tried to extract the maximum that is possible from the candidate. Overall, the process was good, communication was good. One place the interview lagged is the interviewer not turning on their Camera, if the interviewer had done that, it would be easy for the candidate to take the face notations and create an even more comfortable interview. But overall, the process and the difficulty were good.
