The interview is process is quite average it is been almost 30 min where the technical questions and some behaviour questions also with some scenarios questions to assess the problem solving skill
This was my worst experience of attending an interview. I reached there on time. And kept waiting for the HR to pick me from outside. As soon as I entered they handed a bundle of sheets with questions to be solved. Felt like I was attending a college examination. They gave one hour to write it.
The interviewer entered the meeting room after 1 hour asked me if I finished the test. I told him I was not able to solve 2 algo questions.
He just said I will be back in 5min.. n disappeared. After that one girl came took my bundle on answer sheet . And said HR will get back. I thought HR will come and kept waiting. I waited for sometime. Went out then they r telling we told you to leave rite why are you waiting. I felt the entire process was humiliating. They were just bothered with the 2 questions I didn't solve. And forgot about the entire bundle of questions I took trouble to answer. They should atleast have the decency to talk to a candidate for 5min if they r calling for an interview to understand the person. I am just wondering if the conduct in the interview is so pathetic ,how they r treating thier employees.

Regarding the test paper- it is part of the screening process, so that skill sets of the candidate are evaluated thoroughly and the potential of the candidate can be gauged better in further rounds. Based on pre-set criteria of test result, further shortlisting is done.

first we have the ppt of the company which was then followed by a pretty easy written test which had basic programming questions and has to write codes for two out of three problem statements followed by three technical interviews pretty simple
