Interview
First they scheduled a phone screening and after that they sent me a little project to do at home and present in person. Even though I didn't get the job, the whole team was really nice to me the entire time.

Interview
1. Initial Call
2. Assessment
3. On-site Presentation
Before the presentation, I emailed and asked what would be covered during the presentation, if I needed to create a metric/structure deck and was told no. During the interview, most of the questions were about metrics. Interrupted twice because two of the interviewers showed up late, failed to explain presentation structure, barely smiled and showed zero enthusiasm. After the interview, I did not get a chance to ask all three questions about the role, culture and feedback. Never escorted out, she pointed the elevator location and said we would be in touch. Great company, great people but poor candidate preparation and experience.

Interview
Amazing! From initial touch-base, to phone interview, to 1:1 with the CEO, to the on-site with a good portion of the company, every step in this process was smooth, well communicated, and efficiently handled. Every single interviewer also seemed genuinely interested in not just the fit for the role, but who you were as a person. Each person I met with asked thoughtful questions, and presented interesting situations to think-your-way-out-of as "assignments." Even if I hadn't received an offer, I would've been extremely grateful to've gone through this process.
