I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cx3 Ads (Sarasota, FL) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied for the role and heard from the HR manager very quickly. We scheduled a call which was a brief phone screening and then I was invited into the office for an in-person interview which consisted of three warm and welcoming team members. The interview lasted for about an hour and the questions asked were intended to gather information on both my experience as well as my personality to ensure that I would be a good fit with the team which I appreciated. I had several questions prepared to ask them and they were very accomodating and patient! I left the interview feeling excited about the opportunity. A few hours later I followed up with the HR manager to express my excitement and I was invited back in to meet with leadership. At the time I had a challenging schedule and they were willing to work around it to meet with me. The next step was an interview with the CEO and Director of Business Development who were both professional and warm. They shared helpful information, were articulate and transparent, answered every question I had, and left me feeling like this was the type of leadership that would invest in my future and who valued employees.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cx3 Ads (Sarasota, FL)
Interview
15 min phone interview with HR and then in person interview with HR. The in person interview lasted only 15 min. I was told I would be notified within a couple of days whether or not I'd be selected for the next round of interviews. It's been three weeks and haven't heard from them despite me following up with two e-mails. Very unprofessional. I should have read the reviews on glassdoor before applying.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cx3 Ads (Sarasota, FL) in Sept 2019
Interview
Not bad but not great. Interviewed with three women who all asked very basic, run of the mill interview questions. Not much asked about my background or my experiences. They said they were hiring for the right person so this made sense that they wanted to get a feel for personality, but expected more questions on what I had done in the past. Called and messaged a week later to follow up and no response. Weekend goes by and I get a message on linkedin saying that they went in another direction. Politely asked for feedback and got no response again. Didn't seem like they made much of an effort once they had decided I wasn't a good fit
