Was offered a round 1 interview via remote and round 2 in person. Round 2 had simple soft skill questions relating to how to interact with clients, internal conflict, etc. After feeling very confident, I was told I did not get the job AND they offered to provide feedback. I replied by asking for the feedback and for what my application was missing and or what I could improve on. I did not get a reply to the next 3 emails (each email separated by 1 week) including the last one directly to HR and the hiring manager. 2nd interview was 9/17/2024. The job is still up when posting this review. Absolutely ghosted. Caution: could be a ghost job.
