I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cyber-Duck (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
The HR offered sent me 2 invitations for different positions- I accepted just the UX role. When we spoke on the phone she asked if I am interested in a Marketing Role. I said that this is not what I really aim for.
After that scheduled 30min interview turned into 8min interview. She said that 1 year experience is not enough (which was not mentioned as job description). I explained that I have over 4 years in relevant experience field unfortunately she lost completely interested . She didn't ask me almost anything and all my questions were answered with 1 line.
It is really disappointing that Cyberduck doesn't support people who are transiting/ developing to new or similar positions. I prepared for the interview for days, even the interview day was in my holiday. Just waste of time (crafting cover letter, prep for the interview ) and energy.
Of course the feedback from Cyberduck was poor/none. I wish my time was more appreciated.

Are you interested in a different position to what you applied for?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cyber-Duck
Interview
They were easy enough to keep in touch with. The whole process was straightforward. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They got back in touch in a timely manner. No issues
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cyber-Duck (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
After a 2-page application that included why I wanted to work there and how I saw myself in that particular job, I had a face-2-face interview with someone from HR. It went really well and I was asked to complete a marketing assignment for one of their actual clients. I was given about a week's time to send it in and present it in their offices. It was an amazing assignment, as it gave me a great feel for what Cyber-Duck does and how much I would like doing that type of work. My presentation was well-liked and I received a job offer.
Unfortunately I had to decline, as the offer did not include sick pay - which to me is a basic right. At first, when they told me I'd gotten the job, I was overjoyed. But when I read the contract, that joy turned to shock. It was not how the company had represented itself at all. The terms and conditions were really unacceptable and I was genuinely heartbroken... Guess some stories are indeed too good to be true.
