Good first interview with recruiter, easy going no hard questions. Reviewed expectations, salary, role responsibilities. Answered all my questions. Was flexible with his availability. Clear next steps and expectations were set.

Applied online; had a good video/first call screen with their head of HR. I was passed along to meet with the Hiring Manager. This call also went well and he let me know I would be progressing to move forward to the next interview. Never heard anything and didn't respond when I reached out via email. Completely ghosted me
