I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CyberOne (Milton Keynes, England) in May 2023
Interview
The process was very smooth and professional. My first interview was with the Head of Delivery, who asked detailed and relevant questions about the role. I found the discussion to be engaging and well thought out, giving me a clear picture of the responsibilities and expectations.
The office itself was modern and welcoming, which added to the positive impression of the company.
I then had a short interview with the CEO, who was interesting to speak with and asked thoughtful, relevant questions. It was clear that leadership is actively involved in the recruitment process, which I found refreshing.
Overall, the experience was well-structured, professional, and left me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CyberOne (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
First interview with sales director went well, no compliants. second interview was booked with the CEO and the CEO was a no show, unfortunately apart from the CEO PA not one person had the professionalism to respond to any of my emails.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CyberOne (Weybridge, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
2 stage interview. 1st with the sales director and second with the PA to CEO.
Very fast turn around from application to interview.
All staff seem professional and friendly.
I felt very positive and enthusiastic about both interviews and the role itself.
I was very happy when I received the phone call offering me the position until I received another call retracting the offer just a few hours later, the change of heart came because 'Comtact had decided to base this role from their Northampton centre' rather than Weybridge where the role was advertised.
I was very upset to have received this news as I was led to believe that Comtact were a very well run and well organised company. I only wish the location of the vacant role was finalised before advertising let alone offering the role to a candidate then retracting. Disappointing isnt a strong enough word.
