Went through a recruiter who gave them all of my information. I had 3-4 interviews with my recruiter and then one final interview at Cygnus (which was really 3 interviews rolled into a 1-2 hour time slot). I first met with the Manager of the helpdesk, then spoke with two of their actual techs, and finally the VP of their entire Digital department.
