Interview
First I had an interview and that lasted about 45 minutes. These were mainly questions about my background.
Next I had an interview with a department head and this lasted about an hour. We spoke about my background and how I could help the company through that role. She continued to say how great of a fit I would be
Then they didn’t get back to me for 3 weeks. Even after I sent them an email following up they said tomorrow we’d have an answer. But nothing for another week.
In the end it was a no. Not fantastic that they kept me in limbo so long especially after leading me on
I had a very positive experience during the interview process. The team was professional and respectful throughout each stage. The people I met was friendly and asked thoughtful, relevant questions that reflected a strong understanding of the role and the company’s needs. The assignment was clear, well-designed, and actually fun to work on.
