I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CytoReason (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Sept 2024
Interview
The process started with a friendly and professional call from HR, followed by an interview with the team lead, who was incredibly nice, approachable, and easy to talk to. It felt more like a meaningful conversation than a formal interview, which really helped me feel at ease.
After that, I received a home assignment that was relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills. Although I didn’t move forward to the final HR interview, I truly appreciated receiving constructive feedback, which showed the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates.
The communication was clear and timely throughout, and everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and supportive. Overall, it was a great experience that left me with a very positive impression of the company’s culture and the people who work there.
