Entretien réalisé en visioconférence. L’échange a porté sur mon parcours professionnel, mes motivations pour rejoindre l’entreprise et ma compréhension du poste. Le recruteur a également évalué mon niveau d’anglais et mes compétences générales en support technique. L’entretien s’est déroulé dans un climat professionnel et bienveillant.

Managed to get to the first interview with the n+1 after an initial 30-minute phone interview with the HR, which was very positive.
The n+1 was not interested in leading the interview the beginning. The interviewer had very little interest in me. This interview was supposed to last 1 hour but did not even lasted 30 minutes. Unfortunately bad experience.

Interview
First, we had a 30-minute FaceTime call with the manager, then an hour-long interview at the company's offices with the manager, a technician and another CSM. They were always friendly and asked direct questions based on the job requirements and my own skills and experiences.
