I applied in-person. I interviewed at D4is Solutions (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2017
Interview
J'étais effectuée du travail pour l'entreprise en sous-traitante. On m'a offert un job temps partiel. J'ai passé un entretien d'embauche au resto. Bel échange, pas trop formel. J'ai reçu une réponse quelques semaines plus tard.

Question 1
Pas trop formel. Qualifications, compétences, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at D4is Solutions (Gatineau, QC) in Jan 2016
Interview
When initially walked into office, was just standing in the middle of people working at their desks because there is no reception area. Was brought into an office where I was interviewed by 3 people (1 on the phone). Was very much like a conversation. I was explained the role and was told of a significant amount of tasks more than what was in the job description.
One the initial phone call, I was quoted a certain salary plus percentage commission. During the interview, I was told that that was a mistake and that I need to come back with a significant amount lower (the first amount was already over $10K below the city average). I later emailed them saying I could not work for lower than I have initially said and never heard from them again.
I was also told that the reason for the lower amount was because my experience was only halfway to another person on the team and "would not be fair to her". I later found out through LinkedIn that this person has 10 months of experience in the industry and I have 11 years.
The entire process left me very upset that my time was wasted like this and hoped I would not get an offer.

Question 1
Was asked questions about my processes and my contacts I could bring to the company. The rest was more of a sales pitch from the Manager.
