I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DAI (Bethesda, MD) in Jul 2023
Interview
HR screening call and then a panel with potential future managers. It was a straightforward procedure where a relaxed panel asked behavioral questions. The process moved quickly--I had an offer within about 2 weeks.

Interview
I submitted my application online and they contacted me for an initial interview, which was a general chat about my experience and interests. Briefly touched on some technical questions, but nothing too intense. HOWEVER, despite repeated attempts to follow up with multiple people, I literally never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and a bit ridiculous.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DAI (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was rather quick with only one interview. I applied 2 months prior and then was contacted about setting up a call with the head of the department. 24 hours in advance of my interview, HR set up a one-hour ToR review exercise, where I had to read a ToR and answer questions about budgeting, international tax law compliance and general thoughts and feedback. The interview process wasn't bad at all. I think the best advice is to reach out to everyone at DAI on linkedin and ask for advice for interviewing- they'll give you really good insight and it was massively beneficial for me.
