Interview
Pretty large group interview and fairly quick. Basic introductions and the standard job interview questions (eg. why do you want to work here etc.)
You will find out very quickly whether you've been accepted or rejected, though you may not be assigned the shifts you want.
The interview process was fairly easy. Interviewed with the owner at the time and the manager in a food court in Richmond where the first store was. This was back when Doncaster was the second store and the actual Daiso Japan hadn’t come to Australia yet. I interviewed with the franchise

Interview
1. Digital Check-in: enter the personal information and consent forms using a iPad.
2. Resume Review & Experience Discussion:
The interviewer ask some questions regarding resume in detail. Focus on work history, key accomplishments, and relevant skills and also discuss specific experiences that align with the position requirements
3. Behavioral Assessment:
The interviewer asked some basic behavioral questions.
4. Q&A:
I can ask questions about the role and salary.
