As a warning, this wasn't a good interview.
From the get-go, they were dismissive and uninterested in anything I had to say. Not even 5 minutes into the interview, they outright told me that I was only brought in to meet a quota of interviews, and that they had no interest in actually hiring me. This was obviously a bit demoralizing, but we continued on.
After that, they asked me some of the generic questions (listed below) and if I had any questions for them. I asked what I could do to better my chances or to improve for the future, but the answer I got was simply to try another company. Throughout this interview, they remained detached, and didn't seem at all interested in what I was saying.
I'm not sure if this was sincerely them not being interested or some sort of test... but either way, I wasn't terribly impressed. Not only because this was a waste of my time (having had to take a half day at my current job to make the interview), but because this was a waste of the company's time too.
My recommendation to the company? Maybe don't take on interviewees unless you're planning on actually interviewing them.
