The interview was fairly easy and sounded really promising. I did around 3-4 rounds of interviews which took about a month. They told me I was the best possible candidate for the role during the final round, and then they ghosted me....and rejected be via an automated text. I was appalled. I was really excited for this opportunity but I believe I dodged a bullet. If this is how they treat prospective employees then imagine how they treat actual employees. I emailed the HR after being rejected, but didn't receive any response. This company does not value your time or effort, so I would highly suggest not to waste your energy to apply.
