Applied about a month before I heard back. Had a screening call for general questions with HR, then two separate panel interviews with the department. Heard back pretty quickly after the interview.
STAR Method was used during the session. It was a three step interview process with HR first, hiring team second, and follow-up interview. Overall seamless process, it did take a few months to get an interview after I applied
