DGLiger Consulting interview questions

I have 3 round-2 Technical round and one Hr round.I have completed three interview rounds, including two technical rounds and one HR round. Interview is very good and all question were on skills mentioned in resume.

HR called me and scheduled my interview after 1 week they asked me 3 questions 1 design complete api for a user with response entity 2 then they asked me to throw exception and other follow up questions 3 basic sql that was one of the best interview I gave ...but then they ghosted tried multiple times for feedback worst experience
