Formulaic. There was obviously a set list of questions they were going to get through and nothing I said modified their approach at all. No probing for anything except the standard set of "how do you X" type questions and "Describe a time when Y." I decided within two minutes that it wasn't for me, made that known, and the interview still lasted the full 30 minutes.
