Interview
Was brought into the Warehouse and was asked about my Resume. It was very short and brief, and then I was given a tour of the Warehouse and asked when I could start!
Surprised and glad that I took the job!
They asked me about my previous job, if I have the forklift license and some safety questions. There were two people, one guy from the hr team and another guy who’s the warehouse supervisor.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DHL Express (Sydney) in Nov 2021
Interview
Started off with a video Sonru interview which was easy (just research a sonru interview forst) then zoom interview with 2 members of management. Questions were stock standard and was hard to connect with the interviewers as they kinda seemed disinterested in the interview process. I didnt get the job nor did I receive any kind of notification email. I figured after 2 weeks of not hearing back that I wasnt successful.
