Head hunter reviewed my Linkin profile then contacted me, asked for my resume and arranged interview with DHL HR. 1st interview was with HR recruiter for basic screening. 2nd interview was with Operations Director (hiring manager) for job requirement match, 3rd was with HR Director mostly on C&B, 4th was with General Director. Reference checks are done after interview. Offer is sent to me 1 week after interview.
