Interview
The entire interview process takes 15 minutes. The interviewer will first ask the applicant to introduce themselves, and then ask some questions about logistics and transportation in different languages. The HR representative will continuously ask questions based on the applicant's work experience in an attempt to trip them up as well.
The recruitment process was very quick, with two interviews. The first interview with human resources was very informative, providing an opportunity to present my skills and experience. The second interview was with the manager.
