Interviewer do not trust what the interviewee says. Downplay the candidate's experience and even roll eyes when candidate say something. Signalling a doubting attitude was prominent, at some point no respect given. Does not humble down and frequent exhibition of superiority. Made candidate felt like begging for the job. Two factors that will constitute to non-selection. Firstly, interviewer looking for his/her own answer. Secondly, the given feel is that you must be a perfectly fitted in order to fulfil the post.

Too many steps. Interviewers were too scripted and seemed overwhelmed with the staff, operations, and hiring processes all falling on an obviously short handed group. It made some alarm bells go off.

Overall, my experience with interview process was okay. The HR interview was smooth, the hiring manager interview was professional, and the upper management interview provided valuable insights into the company's vision.
