Just before the final assessment centre (Experience Day), DHL abruptly cancelled the hiring process due to "recent business changes." While I understand that business priorities shift, the lack of clear communication and transparency throughout the process was disappointing. Candidates were left without proper notice after weeks of effort. A more professional approach in handling recruitment decisions would have shown greater respect for applicants' time and commitment.
