Very intense on past achievements regarding the role of team leader ! 2 man interview team with constant referral to their laptops. Set list of around 20 questions centred on team management and safety

Name one achievement you have made in the past that improved your role at the time.
It was long and drawn out by the recruiting center. Much better performance could have been done by the recruiter, the process took 2 weeks. I constantly had to ask for status updates.
