Interview
Very much leadership based questions. 4 initial interviews One was barely an interview, just getting to know me. The next you go to the main campus and have to do a 5 minute me presentation about yourself to around 20 top level management. Once this is done you are immediately in back to back to back 3 interviews with three different people which takes an hour and a half or so. Once that is all said and done they call you in a week to tell you if you got it or not.

How can you lead someone who may have been at the company for 20+ years
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
