Phone screen with the college recruiting team member and then an on-site interview. Soft-ball behavioral questions for the phone screen. Make sure to highlight your initiative. They want people who are "ACE's" or Ambitious-Creative-Enthusiastic. Most importantly communicate your drive and work ethic. DHL is a warehouse environment and you have to be willing to deal with the tough employees.

Strange as it was a lot of people and did not feel like it benefitted myself when going through it as it was chaos most of the day. Overall I think they should look to do more personalized interviews.
