You have to submit an initial online application, then there is a strengths journey where you'll be given a series of situations based on real-life experiences you may encounter as a DHL employee. You will need to rank different answers according to whether you think they would be an appropriate response. If you are successful you get invited to a job simulation interview.

The interview process is quite long if you've studied the company it's fine: application, situational and numerical questions, video interview and then assessment centre. The assessment centre is made up of a group task, a one-on-one interview and a presentation.

1st Numerical, Verbal online assessments, 2nd telephone interview but unfortunately i was not successful. The interviewer was really polite and professional, but she asked about 8-10 questions. Really good experience
