Met at a university job fair, had never heard of the company. The three recruiters were very nice and informative. They invited me to a recruiting presentation the following day at my school, then to an interview in my school. I was skeptical because it all seemed too easy to make it to the next step. They were very open to meeting people with no relevant experience. They were just looking for people who they determined were smart and good leaders. Through the process, they never asked for a transcript which made me further skeptical. The interview at my school was pretty standard, almost all situational questions. I was then contacted to attend a "College Day" at one of their regional distribution centres with 5 other candidates. It was quite a casual environment and all the expenses were paid for. We were not directly against each other, as there were many openings around the country. Included in this college day was a round table discussion, a tour of the DC, and each candidate was asked to prepare a 5 minute presentation about themselves.
