Asked basic behavioral questions, and were mainly focused on work ethic and a work hard/competitive attitude. Interview 1 leads to a super day at the HQ in Columbus, which then leads to second interview, and finally an internship offer if you are selected.

Talked to one of the distribution centers managers. The interview took about 20-30 minutes. We talked about what his location does and what I would be doing at DHL as an intern.
