Was a rather interesting experience. I applied for a job on the company website for a position at the Mechanicsburg location last year in 2022. I don't remember the exact month and day. Fast forward though to July of this year 2023, I get a phone call asking for a few minutes of my time which I obliged. A few short questions later, I had myself locked in for a personal interview on 7/16/2023. It took me a few extra minutes to find this location largely because I'm not from the area along with the fact that they have at least 3 different buildings. After I stopped and asked for directions I was redirected to the right building. Well, this is where is got interesting. I went to check in on their computer for some Allison girl I was supposed to interview with, turns out there was no record of this person in their system. Kinda strange but I waited until a male supervisor walked down the hallway to get things started. This is where it got more interesting, After I sat for a few minutes waiting on yet another male supervisor to attend this interview I was finally led into a conference room. At this point, the interview started out fairly smooth. I was asked the typical questions about job interest and work history. Showed them my resume only to get questioned why I was interested in employment with them when I have my CDL. Which was a legit question. However it was at the point I felt I was being rushed through this process and pushed out the door because they already had their minds made up. So, after I had to pry the majority of the questions from these gentlemen, neither one once tried to sell the position or the company. Seemed as though they were there because they had to be. After the interview adjourned, I was told they would get back to me in about 3 days. Well, here we are 7/23/2023. Nothing. Not even the decency of an email. You have been warned, this location is practically a joke. You're better off looking elsewhere.
