Interview
I had an internship at Exel, so after the capstone event in Westerville, OH, I got offered a supervisor position shortly after. They'll go through a phone interview and then two in person interviews. One with the General Manager/ HR Manager and one with the Director of Operations.
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
