It was really bad they didnt explain job title properly made me do two positions but low pay so it wasn’t worth it.
Toxic environment people there are not friendly at all the experience working there they didn’t train you properly they expect you to know it all in one go. No communication whatsoever

Very straightforward interview process, great communication and welcoming atmosphere. Challenging questions based on experience and what i would bring to the table. The largest focus however was whether I would be a good cultural fit, which DHL take extremely seriously. I got the impression a good culture was of paramount importance.

the process was too long and too many interview rounds. i think it was around 4 rounds 1 hour each answering basically the same questions. the entire interview process took appx. 2 months
