I went through a 6-7 week long process of meeting multiple people (somewhere around 10). I risked getting into trouble with my current job by skipping going into the office to complete all of these interviews (my own choice) I was super excited about the opportunity! In the end I was disappointed to hear all of the anxiety and stress and time put into this ridiculous interview process was for nothing when they went with an internal candidate anyway. Horrible candidate experience. I was perfectly qualified, I followed up with a nice thank you and received no communication back from the team at least thanking me for my time I put into it. A TA team should know how to treat their candidates.
