The interview process was thorough and fair. Staff was all very nice and professional. Upon contingent offer, they not only made sure that I was fully aware of what the position entailed, but showed me the area that I would be working in and introduced me to individuals I would be working with. This was all done before I left the interview. I found their process to be helpful and effective.
