After spending hours doing all their proficiency tests online and onsite, having an interview over the phone I also interviewed with 10 people total (the first day I started at 8:30 am and finished at 1pm!) over the course of 2 days. After all this they did not even do the courtesy of sending an email to say I did not get the job! This is after sending 2 emails requesting an update to the HR manager and not getting any response. After all they make you go through they could at least send a "sorry, you did not get the job!"
