First interview is a pre-screen with Recruiting followed by at-home verbal/math tests. After those, I was invited for a day of in-person interviews with various managers and directors. This day also included some IQ tests (Wonderlic & Watson-Glazer). I was asked to come back for another interview with the VP. After that it took about 2 weeks to receive an offer.
