DISH Ruby On Rails Engineer interview questions

I applied and had a phone call with a recruiter. Things went well and I was given an interview with someone from the engineering department. He called fifteen minutes late talked to me for 5 minutes and ended the interview after asking questions he could have read the answers to on my resume. Highly rude and unprofessional.
