First step was a in-depth chat with the recruiter, where we discussed my experience so far, my wants and needs; the company, the role and the process.
Second step was a take home assignment to build a Spring CRUD app.
The requirements where very clear yet no so strict so you can have some fun while doing the task.
Third step was a talk with the product owner where we talked about culture, the role, the challenges of the domain. Some culture related questions. I did not reach the next step, as I might have been a bit too honest with my answers regarding banking, which they deemed I might not be a good fit.
Although I was not amused for the reason we did not move forward, I understand. Overall, it was a fun experience. Everyone was super friendly and kind, would do it again :)
