Thanks for your feedback. I take it positively. I exactly know your case and why you have given such a feedback but would like to correct you on certain aspects. First of all we are not bogus company. Please use your words correctly when in professional world. I have seen your postings on LinkedIN and appreciate your QA community work but that level of maturity doesn't reflect in your feedback. You would have been a good addition to our team but understand that if we are not able to complete your process on time which you defined that doesn't make us a bogus company and you have been interviewed for QA Lead position which takes time and thorough decision. You holding offer of other organization and would like us to complete the process within your time frame doesn't mean that we don't value your time. I personally feel bad when candidate and our organization spend time and effort on engaging and doesn't convert in positive outcome. Would try to improve our hiring process based on feedback you have provided but never the less we don't have sub standard hiring process and test assignment is also made to get a right talent. It needs improvement and we are not yet perfect to reach or meet the expectations. My piece of advise to you don't defame ant organization in public forum to wet out your frustration and always provide positive feedback to improve the things.
