I submitted my application through the DLA Piper website. Within about a week, I received a link to conduct an asynchronus video interview which asked 3 questions - who you are/what you do, why you're seeking a new position, and what is a big project you worked on/how was it handled?
There was only 30 seconds from initially viewing each question to prepare your answer, which is not enough time for someone to compile answers over a 14+ year career.
It's disappointing that there was no phone screening to speak with a human and the interview felt very impersonal. Someone with my exact expertise should be given a chance to connect with someone at the firm.
