è un colloquio a 6 step: 3 di verifica del livello di inglese (chiamata con Londra, un breve questionario e un test vero e proprio). Terminata con successo questa fase si viene sottoposti a 3 colloqui: uno che HR, uno con associates e l'ultimo con il partner del dipartimento all'interno del cui si verrebbe inseriti.
