Interviewed and had a positive experience in the first round. When the second round interview came around, I was asked to provide my availability for the following Monday. I gave all of Monday to them, but they responded saying Monday was fully booked. Unfortunately, my next availability was Friday, so I proceeded to let them know I was free all of Friday. Interview scheduled. Friday rolls around and I start up the video interview. No show from the Director of Mechanical Engineering at DMF. Five minutes into the interview, I receive an email telling me they already filled the position. Very unprofessional company and very inconsiderate management/HR considering I had taken half a day off to prepare and interview with this company.

The interview was horribly managed. No recruiter and just engineers managing the process. I was told I would be invited on site for the final round but then it was just crickets despite multiple follow-ups. Would not recommend anyone to go through their hiring process
