I applied online. I interviewed at DMW&H (Fairfield, NJ)
Interview
Thorough and well organized process. I met with HR, the hiring manager, and team members. Mix of technical questions and real scenarios. Everyone was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The interview process, which spanned three weeks, involved 3 rounds: one with the recruiter, one with the VP, and one with the directors. In each round, the interviewer explicitly EXPRESSED THEIR STRONG POSITIVE IMPRESSION AND SATISFACTION with our conversation and assured me that I would receive an update from HR soon. However, despite following up 3-4 times, I was inexplicably GHOSTED.
After researching further, I discovered that they had hired someone else, which is understandable.
Nevertheless, I believe it is only fair that they provide an update on my investment of time and energy.
Regardless of the news, companies should maintain clear communication channels.

Interview
I interviewed with the manager for the controls division through HR. I get a call back from HR saying the manager loves me. She wanted to float a number for salary, which was 6k lower than my current salary.I said I'll meet her halfway at 3k. Never heard back. Very unprofessional.
