You are interviewed by 2 people (managers). If the VP is available he will sit in the interview as well. The interview process was about 1 hour long. They asked a variety of questions while making notes on a copy of your resume. They give you some information on the accounting department. The decision of whether you'd be hired or not was decided at the conclusion of the interview. My expectation after the interview (positive) and the reality of the job (negative) did not match.
