DOPE Marketing interview questions

The process started out smooth with a message over Indeed. The recruiter from Dope reached out very quickly asking me to do a "one-way interview" over HireFlix.com which I did. Once completed I followed up with the recruiter promptly and they said they would be in touch. Weeks passed and I received a random email from another person at the company apologizing for the delay saying they would follow back up and there was nothing I needed to do at this point. I find it out that all of their job postings say "Urgently Hiring" but they take so long to do simple tasks. Based on many reviews, it appears they lack leadership and direction. Disappointing to waste so much time and go nowhere due to ineptitude.

Years ago I had a zoom interview scheduled. I joined the zoom meeting that was linked. I text the number I had when nobody popped on. She claimed she was in our video meeting room. I requested her to send invite to that meeting and she ghosted. That was irritating enough when you are excited and waste time preparing for an interview. Over the last couple of years, I have been spammed with marketing for this company. Texts and emails. I recall unsubscribing and just received another. How does an applicant get added to marketing lists? Red flags to me, this cannot be a legit company.
