DP World Software Engineer -2 interview questions

Inspite of solving both the questions in the ds algo round. Interviewer rejected. I have around 9 years of experience and the interviewer was 2.5 years experienced. Howcome a junior can assess the skills of a senior interviewee. He was expecting that the candidate should write the solution within 5 minutes and should remember the logic.
