We offered $150,000 plus bonuses ($50,000 - $100,000) to you, which is an extremely generous offer given your limited applicable FPGA work experience (less than 5 years). Unfortunately, we could not meet your $280,000+ base salary request, and your lack of interest in our bonus structure raised concerns on our end that you are not confident in your ability to perform. In regards to PTO, we offer 20+ days and are always willing to negotiate this as well.
