Straight forward interview. They ask questions such as how do you decommission a server. What are the proper steps to ensure a successful transition. There was only one initial interview.

They called, they invited me to go there, we took more than 1 hour of interview, we played, everything was fine, they said they care about family bla bla bla. But then they never returned you, they never even reply a simple email. Hire manager didn't care at all.
